Amazing place to call home base in Guayaquil and excellent help from our hostess. Close to public transit, one stop down to Las Penas and the Malecon. Parking available in an enclosed courtyard. The Classic suite was very spacious, bedroom and kitchen with AC.
E. r.The room was immaculate with its own cooking facilities. I had booked a junior suite, and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. The hotel owner was a charming and very helpful lady.

Parking is a little tight, but the accommodations are quite nice.
