D. G.Este fue un gran hotel y súper barato. Está en una gran zona colonial. El personal era excelente y las habitaciones eran bonitas y limpias.
Para su información, la mayoría de los hoteles de la zona tienen ruido de la calle que comienza a las 6:30. Considere llevar tapones para los oídos.

Atención al cliente: personal educado, servicial, acogedor y sonriente.
Habitación: espaciosa, limpia y agradable.
Cama y almohadas: muy cómodas, limpias y con un olor fresco.
baño: no muy grande, pero suficiente, elegante y muy limpio. No se proporciona champú, solo pequeñas barras de jabón.
Todo funciona bien (lo cual no es muy común en Ecuador).
Precio: muy buena relación calidad-precio (sin engaños, sin cargos ocultos).
Sin embargo, las ventanas y cortinas son muy delgadas, lo que significa ruido de las calles y luz brillante por la mañana y por la noche de las luces de la calle. Todavía le di a este hotel un 5 porque se lo merece.
Este hotel de alguna manera restauró mi fe en los hoteles ecuatorianos después de algunas experiencias decepcionantes con la industria del turismo engañosa y deficiente. Así que gracias por estar entre los buenos.

Great hotel really. Historic building in Quito’s beautiful Historic Centre.
Customer service: polite, helpful, welcoming and smiling staff.
Room: spacious, clean and pleasant.
Bed and pillows: very comfortable, clean and smelled fresh.
bathroom: not very big, but enough, stylish and very clean. No shampoo provided, just small soap bars.
Everything works well (which is not very common in Ecuador).
Price: really good value for money (no deception, no hidden fees).
However, the windows and curtains are very thin, which means noise from the streets and bright light early in the morning as well as at night from street lights. I still gave this hotel a 5 because it deserves it.
This hotel somehow restored my faith in Ecuadorian hotels after some disappointing experiences with the deceptive, substandard tourism industry. So thank you for being among the good ones.
N.Este lugar es excelente por el precio y excelente en servicio al cliente. ¡Los trabajadores allí son realmente increíbles y nos han ayudado muy bien con nuestro viaje de un día y me encantaría quedarme aquí!
Solo tengo algunas cosas que se pueden mejorar:
Las toallas eran tan ásperas como papel de lija, claro, generalmente no me importan cosas pequeñas como esta, pero maldita sea, las toallas realmente me dolían cuando me secaba la cara (por favor, consiga algunas toallas nuevas y más suaves).
La ducha de mi habitación (307) no drenaba correctamente.
Ojalá el ascensor subiera desde la entrada del hotel.
Además de eso, por el precio y la comodidad de donde estábamos en el centro de la ciudad, ¡vale la pena el precio!

E. r.Staff, Carlos, was so incredibly kind & helpful. The hotel offered us a ride to & from the airport for a small fee. The hotel is beautiful, a lot of character. Only complaint would be how noisy our room on the 3rd floor was (all night long due to outside traffic). The beds & pillows were a bit hard.

H. r.So much to say, i was overcharged 10 percent to use a credit card, no previous mention to this charge. Some rooms have sheer curtains. Pillows seem filthy as well as bed sheets seem to have not been changed as they had apparently fresh…
