This family run hotel in the heart of Old Town is a gem. It is safe, quiet, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The family who run the hotel treat you as part of their family even better than being a guest. The breakfasts are hot and served promptly. The rooms were beautifully appointed with glorious wall murals of churches from around Quito. We stayed here a total of four nights. The location is superb within walking distance to all of the Old Town sites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
